Behind the Veil
Facing the Mirror Study [Part 3, Chapters 5&6]
1 Corinthians 13:12 says, “Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely.”
This scripture reminds us that a veil makes things hazy, no matter which side you're on. The word "now" describes our present life (in the flesh). The word "then" describes eternity (when Jesus returns for His church).
The veil is the blood of Jesus. It is the separating factor — both for salvation (from darkness to light) and everyday life. It is what separates TRUTH from lies-- because there are Truths about God that the devil doesn’t want you to know.
